Specifications: Dimensions provided (e.g., “13 cm Dia”) are approximate. We reserve the right to modify product specifications or discontinue items without prior notice.
4. Inquiry and Quotation Process
4.1. Inquiries: Submitting an inquiry through our contact forms or “Reach Out” buttons does not guarantee stock availability. 4.2. Quotations: Formal quotations provided offline are valid for the period stated therein (typically 7–15 days). Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and taxes (GST).
5. Payment and Taxes
5.1. Offline Payments: Payments must be made via the methods specified in our formal invoice (NEFT, RTGS, or UPI). 5.2. Taxes: All products are subject to GST as per Government of India regulations. Business clients requiring GST-compliant invoices must provide their GSTIN at the time of order confirmation.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Logistics: Shipping is managed through third-party partners. Delivery timelines provided during the inquiry phase are estimates and not guaranteed. 6.2. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier at our Hosur facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Usage: Q-MAX ANTICORROSION SYSTEMS shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of products (e.g., using a “tabletop” item as a floor planter or exceeding weight limits). 7.2.
